Before beginning this upgrade you will need to print out the shroud box Revision 2 for cable marshaling and housing.  This revision is lighter and more robust that the original rectangular shroud box.  Sorting out the cables takes some time and patience but otherwise the upgrade was quite straight forward following the MakerGear guidance.

When mounting the shroud box be sure to press it forward against the metal motor housing when engaging the 4 mm mounting bolts otherwise it will not sit securely.  Note that you may need some additional cable ties, and be sure to remove any tape on the wiring harness before adjusting individual cable lengths in the loom.
